Very helpful and worthy!!! Contrast to other institutions, Zhishiq is much more helpful since the editors (sorry I think there should be a better term but I do not know) here are mostly native speakers and experienced at editing papers. They are helpful and responsible. Another advantage of Zhishiq is the price. The price is very nice comparing to other paper-editing institutions. Highly recommended!

有些功能还是不够明确，中间一些细节问题，到用的时候才考虑到。尤其在第一次用的时候还是比较担心的。

因为邮件通信还是比较慢，又有时差，尤其在赶deadline的时候寄很着急。尤其是一开始还没有使用过的时候，心里没底，最好先跟导师联系上，问下几个方面导师是否擅长，时间是否足够，再下单，要不然会耽误很多时间。比如我下单之后，两天导师都没有接的话，，还要申请退费，之后还要再找另一个导师，还是不知道他会不会接。反正因为前期不跟导师做好预沟通的话，你们的客服小伙伴快被我烦死了，这里给你们的客服小伙伴点一百个赞。
