Dear Tong,
Thank you very much for your kind message. Please don't worry about the changes, I now understand the reason behind it and it makes much more sense. By the way, you don't have to manually input all the revisions, you can use the 'track changes' feature on Word to "Accept all changes' and all the changes I made would be automatically applied! :) I'm sorry if this wasn't very clear.
