Kellogg 2020 R1 面经 

九月中踩线递交了R1申请，一周之后收到Interview邀请。

身处美东，学校给分配了一个智利的Alumni。Interview时间自选，Alumni很nice。面试本来schedule了45分钟的Zoom，聊得还不错所以加长到1小时15分钟。总体来说就是很常规的面试。面试官一直在take notes。只要大家有准备，做好功课，感觉Kellogg的面试并不算难。面试的问题都很基础，但是面试官感兴趣的话会问到细节。

Walk through Resume （一定要熟悉自己的简历。我的面试官有深入问简历上的好几个点）

1. Why MBA
2. Why Kellogg
3. Why Now
4. Long-term & Short-term career goal
5. 关于Leadership和Teamwork的Behavioral questions。比如领导类型，队里出了猪队友怎么办，最引以为豪的achievements。
6. Anything you want to add for your application package?
7. Any questions about me?

Kellogg 2020 R3 面经 

面试官很nice，匹配的是在同一个行业做私募的小哥哥， 竟然还在同一个building里，不过疫情期间就微信call了。

整个过程大概持续45分钟，正常情况下是30分钟，最后又freestyle的聊了一些其他的关于申请，职业发展和Kellogg见闻的话题，全程英文。

3. What’s your short-term and long-term career goal and why.

4. Why Kellogg.

5. What’s your leadership style and achievements /learnings.

6. What’s the constructive feedback you received from your colleagues or friends.

7. Have you talked to any Kellogg alumnus and what’s their names.

8. What’s your plan B if not admitted by Kellogg.

9. Anything you want to ask.

Kellogg 2020 面经  

My Kellogg interview lasted for an hour. The interviewer is a Kellogg Class of 2008 alumni, and she has been with Apple for 12 years. She spent 40 mins to ask me the questions, and we talked about her Kellogg experience for the rest of the time.
