Participated in a number of cross-border private equity investment projects, including two announced cross-border leveraged buyout project and a number of minority equity investment projects involving a transaction volume of more than €100 million. Analyzed the financial data and evaluated the market position of the target company, developed expert call questions, built the valuation model for Chinese market, and independently completed research on key issues such as analysis on comparable companies and Chinese market. Assisted in other routine work, including drafting pitch books, initiatng IC Memorandum, and translating documents for foreign LPs.
