    Maybe I felt too anxious to require you to reply much faster than you should. However, I actually didn't receive any reply of my first message, so I even didn't know if you saw it. Therefore, after I sent my third message, I let the staff remind you. Then I find you didn't replied my fourth until I let the staff know. I guess you may do sth to reassure the customers that they will receive the reply in a given time. In this page, there is indeed no notification about the 24 hours. Anyway, I think it's not your fault.

    Thank for your patience to my quite a few questions and help me modify the sentence after two iterations.

    I guess I need to explain that. Actually I find only when I ask the customer service staff to remind you to pay attention to that message, you will reply to me. I know you have some schedule problems. It's just my feeling. Maybe you (I mean you and mydocumate can find a better way to handle this part.
