Sarah Aciego

Researcher, personnel manager, teacher and writer with skills in communicating to a wide variety of audiences from the broad public to university administration to peers within the scientific community, leading cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects from idea conception to conclusion including: grant solicitation from public and private organizations, budget justifications, revision of research plans based on peer reviews that lead to successful grant proposals and publications, field and laboratory research, soliciting outside users to a recharge lab, and setting pricing based on personnel and consumable costs. As an active earth scientist, I have experience planning travel and being responsible for others as we participate in fieldwork. 

As a professor, I taught classes at all levels and was a member of the graduate admissions committee.
