Self Introduction

In addition to serving as project manager for several start-up nonprofit organizations, I've also spent a good part of my career assisting students with developing, writing, editing, and perfecting their college materials. This includes college applications, scholarship applications, financial applications and documentation, essays, research papers, etc. In addition, I have experience as an ESL Instructor for Korean and Chinese professionals, and I am also a professional resume writer and grant writer. I have a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Marketing, a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership, and a PhD in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. Sandra has really made the essay more professional and elegant, although she hasn't provided many suggestions on content and structure as I expected. Pretty good Job!
不过个人觉得第一次修改其实做得没有很到位。比如有些问题文书老师在第一次发现后没有在反馈时批注出来，而是在第二次修改时才指出，但由于购买的是两次修改所以不再有第三次让我反馈修改的机会了。所以第一次其实蛮浪费的。建议后面的同学在第一次提交文书时可以先给老师提出要求，请老师在第一次修改时就把所有问题都批注好，这样可以形成一个比较有效的交流。
