消息通知界面（收件箱）无法看到具体消息且无法恢复，不太方便，虽然可以绑定微信公众号，但进入公众号以后，显示却是网页，所以公众号只有一个消息提醒的作用。

咨询过程很顺利，但是网页设计的不太好，消息区有红圈但是打开以后看不到新消息。顾问的留言必须要进入订单里才能看到。网页页面提示我可以通过手机公众号，追踪订单进度，但是关注以后发现公众号也不好用，各种bug，建议能加强维护。

The second round was not amended in a timely manner in accordance with the references provided, and no changes were made to any of the materials. The time is up and I have to revise it myself.However, I still thank the teacher and the platform, the teacher embellished the sentence is good, but the logical content seems not to understand

When the time comes, you did not help me finish the recommendation letter within the specified time, but sent me the original letter without modification, then all this is in vain

Your order included a review of ONE recommendation letter, which was completed on time in a professional manner. Rather than respond to my suggested changes on that letter in the second round, you asked that I review a different letter instead. As I explained, that is a violation of the terms of service because it is one document per order. I offered to continue to help you with your original letter but you never responded to that offer.
