个人感觉小程序有点过多，使用起来可能会有点繁琐。
客服的话，其实可以更自信更有底气一点的，因为接触下来感觉老师的水平还是挺高的，对老师的服务也很满意。但是在之前询问顾问随机分配的老师水平和经历怎么样的时候，完全顾左右而言他回避了我的问题，导致刚知道随机分配了个0客户新老师的时候有种被欺骗了的感觉。所以也是个小建议，感觉以后客服回答问题的时候可以更直接一点，其他都挺好的，祝好。
