自我介绍

越努力越幸运。本科毕业于南京大学商学院,以全系第一的成绩获取保研本校资格,然而大二时参加的美国密歇根州立大学短期交流项目让我对出国留学有了向往,因此毫不犹豫地拒绝了保研资格,选择投入紧张的DIY留学申请路程。正是因为选择了DIY,在留学的每个步骤中都深思熟虑,确保所有的选择是对未来最负责的,一个过程下来对美国人力资源硕士留学申请的项目及流程非常熟悉,希望能有机会与有意愿申请美国人力资源项目的同学沟通交流。

此外,在美国留学期间我通过有吸引力的简历及networking找到了人力资源相关工作,积累了经验。毕业后获得加州一家石材公司、纽约一家咨询公司及国内一家世界五百强的offer。考虑到职业发展等因素最终选择回国,求职过程中积累的经验及在人力资源的工作让我对国内外求职有了一定的见解,希望有机会与求职路上有困惑的同学沟通交流。

最后,在经历了几个月紧张备考后,我如愿以优异成绩拿到美国人力资源协会的证书,为今后职业发展增添了一个亮点。在备考过程中由于相关培训机构及考试练习题的稀缺,我只能自学,也正是自学的方式让我总结出了一套备考大纲及重点。希望能有机会与有此方面需要的同学进行交流。
