橙色郁金香奖学金（OTS）项目由荷兰教育国际交流协会 (Nuffic) 与中国教育国际交流协会 (CEAIE) 合作办公室 (Nuffic Neso China) 于2008年9月正式创立，旨在为更多的优秀的中国学生创造更多赴荷兰留学的机会。

在2021-2022学年，有19所荷兰高等院校和院系参与本奖学金项目，预计为83名左右的中国学生提供从半奖到全奖不等的资金资助，奖学金总额超过160万欧元。在学科分布上，基本涵盖所有学习领域，特别是热门专业如商科，经济学，法律，工程，医学，社科等。

2021-2022学年橙色郁金香奖学金的所有项目只开放给2021年秋季入学的申请者，暂不开放给春季入学的申请者。各荷兰高校的申请截止时间从2021年2月1日到2021年7月1日不等。2021-2022学年荷兰橙色郁金香奖学金（OTS）申请于2020年11月1日开放！

橙色郁金香奖学金项目的申请人必须满足以下基本条件：

A．中华人民共和国公民，包括中国大陆地区，香港特别行政区和澳门特别行政区；

B．打算到荷兰攻读学士或者硕士项目；（预科和交换项目除外）

C．申请人目前没有在荷兰学习或工作

E．申请人需正在申请荷兰高校课程或已经获得了相关荷兰高校的录取信

F．满足所要前往的大学的录取标准。

备注：以上条件只是申请OTS奖学金的最基本条件，申请者必须同时满足OTS赞助商提出的其它申请条件，才最终有资格申请该赞助商提供的单项奖学金。

材料清单：

· 填写完整的OTS申请表格；

· 英文简历；

· 英文动机信（阐述申请本奖学金的原因以及个人具备的优势）；

· 英文语言能力成绩单；

· 两封密封好的推荐信；

· 本科学历/在读证明的英文公证件；

· 本科成绩单的英文公证件；

· 荷兰的大学提供的录取通知书（如果有的话）；

· 护照复印件（个人信息页） 

· 根据所申请奖学金的要求提供GRE/GMAT最新成绩单
